- Boarding at 9:15 AM, please arrive at the hangar at 9:00 AM.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and houses. Violators will be fined Php1,500.00
- Bringing of food and drinks are strictly prohibited.
- No pets allowed inside the resort.
- Please wear easy-to-remove shoes. Some houses require removing shoes upon entry.
- Please be advised that the Guided Heritage Tour is a 30 minute - 1 hour WALKING TOUR. The Scheduled tour is at 10:30 AM.
- If you wish to change the booking time, kindly coordinate with us.
Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a refund, less a ₱10,000 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
- If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- No-shows will forfeit all payments.
- For Las Casas visit, rebooking is allowed but cancellations are not permitted.
